Elizabeth A. Moore of Rochester and John E. Lane of Aliquippa tied the knot on April 11, 2009.
Magistrate Edward Howe officiated the ceremony at Olde Stonewall golf course in North Sewickley.
The matron of honor was Cora Bensing; the maid of honor was Barbara Starkweather.
Also serving as bridesmaids were Stephanie Moore, the bride’s sister; Kylee DelMonte O’Toole, the bride’s cousin; Kerry Allen and Ashley Irwin.
Eric Allen served as best man; also serving as groomsmen were Scott Appel, Rick Hacker, Derrick Zola, Brad Manjack and Mark Grant.
The bride was given away by her son, Kadin Mersing, and the flower girl was Saige Bensing.
The groom’s brother and sister-in-law, Donnie and Anna Lane, read scripture at the ceremony.
Elizabeth is the daughter of Phyllis Moore of Rochester and the late Wilford Moore.
John is the son of JoAnn Fluharty of Baden.
The bride, a graduate of Rochester High School, is employed at the Beaver County Emergency Services as a 9-1-1 dispatcher and is the head of recreation on Rochester Borough Council.
The groom, a graduate of Aliquippa High School, is a veteran of the U.S. Army and is employed as a local police officer.
The couple resides in Rochester.
