Doug Longcor of Polk City and Paula Siepierinski of Auburndale announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Henson of Winter Haven, to Dale Carter of Winter Haven, son of Roy and Brenda Carter of Auburndale.
The bride-elect has lived in Winter Haven for 15 years.
She graduated from Polk Community College where she earned a degree as an Emergency Medical Technician.
She is employed at Robinson Automotive in Winter Haven.
The prospective bridegroom has lived in Winter Haven for 10 years.
He is also employed at Robinson Automotive.
The couple will fly to Las Vegas for an Aug. 19, 2004, wedding.
