The bride-elect has lived in Tampa for five years.
She graduated from Auburndale High School in 1995 and then from University of South Florida in 2001 where she earned a master's degree in mental health counseling.
She is a Creative Memories consultant and a member of the American Counseling Association.
'She is employed at Community Mental Health Center in Tampa.
The prospective bridegroom has lived in Tampa for four years.
He graduated from Central High School in 1998 and then from the University of South Florida in 2002 where he earned a bachelor's degree in criminology.
He volunteers with members of the hearing-impaired community and plans to pursue a career in law enforcement.
A September 2003 wedding is planned.
