Schreibers celebrate 50th
Walter and Catherine Schreiber of Winter Haven, who were married on Feb. 2, 1952, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Champaign, Ill., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
Catherine is retired from Broker's Realty and Walter from Mulberry Post Office.
They have four children, Diane (Jack) Schreiber, Mike (Becky) Schreiber, Mark (Karen Schreiber, and Janet (George) Bush, and seven grandchildren.
They celebrated their 50th anniversary with a dinner with their family.
Their children gave them a surprise trip to New Orleans where they had spent their honeymoon 50 years ago.
