Crays’ 50th
MR. AND MRS. RICHARD AND PHYLLIS CRAYS SR.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Crays Sr. of Southington, will observe their 50th anniversary on Oct. 12, 2007.
The couple celebrated with a family dinner on Sept. 22, 2007, at Enzo’s Restaurant, hosted by their four children: Cheryl Francis, Diane (Larry) Grove, Richard (Arletta) and Jon Crays.
They have seven grandchildren.
Richard and Phyllis graduated from Braceville High School, and then Richard went to the U.S. Army and served time in Korea.
Richard is retired from Sprint, and Phyllis is retired from Bank One.
Richard enjoyed singing with the ‘‘Just Friends’’ barbershop chorus.
They both enjoy vegetable and flower gardening.
They also enjoy walking the beach in Florida during the winter.
