Mikula - Gatto
WEIRTON - Tina Jo Mikula, daughter of Joe and Diana Mikula of Weirton and Dr. August Gatto of Elizabeth, Pa., son of August and Maxine Gatto, were married July 6, 2002, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Stephen Dube officiating.
Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride chose a two-piece white satin gown accented with sequins, pearls, rhinestonesand embroidery. She carried a bouquet of red and white roses.
Kelli Cantor, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennie Renk, sister of the groom; Katie Davis, cousin of the bride; Rita DeCaria, Amy Hukill, and Stephanie Thompson. Amanda Gatto, niece of the groom, was junior bridesmaid.
Dr. Nick Gatto, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Chad Cantor, brother-in-law of the bride; Dr. Michael Renk, brother-in-law of the groom; A.J. Avoli, cousin of the bride; Dr. Steven Baca and Dr. Brian King.
Flower girl and ring bearer were Taylor and Zachery Renk, niece and nephew of the groom.
A reception was held at Future Visions Banquet Complex, Colliers.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Weir High School and received a bachelor of science degree in logistics from Duquesne University. She is a merchandise analyst for American Eagle Outfitters corporate office in Warrendale, Pa.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. He earned his chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1999 and owns and operates a practice in Elizabeth.
After their honeymoon to Williamsburg, the couple reside in Elizabeth.
