Merle and Dotty Hargitt, Quinter, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with dinner hosted by their children.

Children of the couple are Tom Albin and wife, Maryle, Tom Stewart and wife, Mona, Randal Hargitt and wife, Rita, Wendall Hargitt and wife, Gina, Neil Hargitt and wife, JoEva, and Roy Hargitt and wife, Nadine.

The couple's siblings are Mary Ann McConnell, Tate Taylor and LeMer Gfell, and Marj and Charlie Moos and Joan and Mike McCormick.

The couple has 20 grandchildren. two step grandchildren and spouses, 12 great-grandchildren, and six step great-grandchildren.
