Bud (Alfred) and Bonnie Lager, Grinnell, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 22 with an open house and card shower hosted by their children from 2 to 4 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Parish Center, Grinnell.
Children of the couple are Ron and Linda Lager, Grinnell, Father John Lager, OFM Cap., Denver, and Mark Lager, Oxnard, Calif.
The couple have seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
