Children of the couple are Bill Klaus and wife, Brenda, Hays, Bob Klaus and wife, Tammy, Hays, Karen Cederberg and husband, Jim, Englewood, Colo., Sharon Basinger, Littleton, Colo., Debbie Nunnelee and husband, Cal, Highlands Ranch, Colo., and Mary Grizzle and husband, Richard, Hays.
The couple have 19 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Joe and Janet (Urban) were married May 29, 1960, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hays.
