Jim and JoAnn Pfanenstiel celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Jan. 17 with a dinner hosted by their children in the Rose Room at the Bakery Shop.
Children of the couple are Craig Pfanenstiel and wife, Janet, Hays, Curt Pfanenstiel and wife, Kim, Victoria, and Cheri Quintanar, Manhattan.
The couple have nine grandchildren, Miranda Pfanenstiel, Brandon Pfanenstiel, Gus Pfanenstiel, Brooke Pfanenstiel, Cooper Pfanenstiel, Miles and Mason Quintanar, Jennifer Kidder and husband, Casey Kidder, and Andrea Pfanenstiel, Spokane, Wash., who was unable to attend.
Jim Pfanenstiel and JoAnn Marcotte were married Jan. 17, 1959, at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina.
