Mr. Garner is the son of Ilah Garner of Palmyra and the late Loren Garner.
They are the parents of three children, Bob Garner and Angie Dwight, both of Hannibal and Brandi Garner of the home.
They have two grandchildren, Jacob and Jordan Garner.
Mr. Garner is a pipefitter for Local No. 562 out of St. Louis and Mrs. Garner is a housewife.
