Weber-McDermott
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Weber of Peachtree City announce the marriage of their daughter, Carolyn Michelle Weber, to Lee Patrick McDermott, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo McDermott, also of Peachtree City.
The nuptial mass was at 3 p.m. on June 17, 2000, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City. Father Kevin Peek performed the ceremony.
The bride wore an A-line gown of satin with ornamentation of embroidery and sequins along the neckline.
She carried a cascading bouquet of yellow roses, gerber daisies, sweetheart roses and stephanotis.
The matron of honor was Staci Dixon of Valdosta. Bridesmaids were Becky Lyngkilde-Jensen of Fayetteville, Colleen Petty of Peachtree City, and Jodi Rosson of Aurora, Colo.
The best man was Tony Novoth of Altamonte Springs, Fla. Groomsmen were Chris Eastman of Birmingham, Ala., William Santiago of Dunwoody, and Robert Vintilla of Apopka, Fla.
A dinner reception at Whitewater Country Club followed the ceremony. Music was provided by disc jockey Chuck Weirich.
The bride currently is a guidance counselor at Fayette County High School.
The groom teaches at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic High School, where he also is head baseball coach and assistant football coach.
The couple honeymooned in the Florida Keys and now resides in Peachtree City.
