Halfacre - Polston
Norvel and Alene Halfacre of Odessa celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Oct. 6, 2007 with a family celebration at the Barn Door hosted by family.
Alene Polston married her husband Oct. 6, 1942, at Mount Carmel, Ill.
They have four children: Joe Halfacre, Danny Halfacre and Becky Walker, all of Odessa, and Pam Robinson of Whitney.
They have 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Norvel Halfacre retired as vice president and operations manager for High Sky Drilling after many years of service.
Alene Halfacre is a homemaker.
