Mr. and Mrs. Bob Martin of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Joy Martin, to Richard Russell Smith, son of Mrs. Nancy Smith of Fayetteville, and the late Hoke Smith.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Fayette County High School, Asbury College, and the University of Kentucky. She is currently employed as a registered nurse in Atlanta.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Fayette County High School and Georgia State University. He is presently a social studies teacher and coach at Forest Park High School.
The wedding will be Dec. 16, 2000, at Callaway Gardens.
