Laing - Copeland
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Laing of Richmond Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Beth Laing, to John Timothy Copeland, son of Linda Miller of Stockbridge and Lanny Copeland of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elton Thacker of Savannah. She attended Mercer University where she earned a B.A. in communication. She is currently employed as a special events manager with Junior Achievement of Georgia.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Clentice Folds and Sarah Copeland, both of Carrollton. He attended Georgia State University where he earned a B.B.A. in marketing and an M.B.A. in finance. He is currently the director of marketing for the North American headquarters of Lectra Systems.
The wedding will be Nov. 18 at Isle of Hope United Methodist Church.
