The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Noles of Bowdon, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Zollie Gibbs Sr. of Spencer, Tenn.
She is a 1989 graduate of Newnan High School and a 1994 graduate of Georgia State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration/finance.
She is employed with the Windsor Group in Atlanta.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mrs. and Mrs. Edward Waldrop of Greenville, S.C., and Alice Mims and the late James Mims of Greenville, S.C.
He is a 1981 graduate of Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia and a 1985 graduate of Wofford College in South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in sociology.
He is employed with Mawal Inc. in Fayetteville.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 25, 1997, at Peachtree City First United Methodist Church.
