RHODES-FLEMING
LITTLE ROCK -- Deaundra Marie Fleming and Fredrick Rhodes exchanged wedding vows at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 14, 2004 at Highland Park First Baptist Church at Little Rock. The bride's father, the Rev. Delaney Fleming of North Little Rock, and the Rev. W.W. Walker Jr. officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is also the daughter of Sandra Fleming of Little Rock and Patsy Fleming of North Little Rock. Her grandparents are Mr. and Mr. Earnest Robinson of North Little Rock and Ethel Fleming of Plumerville (Conway County).
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Warren of Pine Bluff and Lewis Rucker of Las Vegas. His grandmother is Ceola Rhodes of Pine Bluff.
A program of nuptial music was furnished by Gene Perez.
The flower girls were Kirsten Howard, Morgan Snelling, Erin Snelling and Maya Fleming.
Jay Scott was the ringbearer.
Lester Thompson and William Daniels were the candlelighters.
The bride was escorted by her Grandfather Robinson.
Her veil was secured with a pearl headband.
She carried a bouquet of calla lilies.
The matron of honor was Angela Moore.
The maids of honor were Karen Ussery and Stephanie Snelling.
Tamara McGinister, Lashawnaa Williams, Cara Jones, Angela McNeil, Monique Robinson, Patricia Walker, Valeria Fleming and Tatrecia Wessley were the bridesmaids.
The junior bridesmaids were Kiara Sheets and Alandria Jones.
The junior bridesmaid of honor was Breyanna Dulaney.
Kelvin Turner and McKinley Hackett were the best men.
The ushers were Lester Thompson and William Robinson.
Michael Chavis, Charles Creal, Steve Warren, Stevie Whiteside, Delaney Fleming Jr., Ortega Taylor, Patrick McNeil and Lee Randle Jr. were the groomsmen.
The junior groomsmen were Kyle Nelson, Jabari Fleming and Ocie Brown.
After the ceremony, a reception was held at the Darragh Center at Little Rock.
Latasha Crain kept the bride's book.
Carla Sanders Nelson was the coordinator.
The couple is at home at White Hall.
The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner Aug. 13 at Highland Park First Baptist Church.
