BELLA VISTA -- Sheila Renee Smith and Casey Ray Robnett were united in marriage at 2 p.m. May 29 at the Bella Vista (Benton County) Assembly of God. The Rev. Rick Smith and the Rev. Steve Smith, both brothers of the bride, and the Rev. Jonathan Watson officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Kathy Smith of Green Forest (Carroll County), formerly of Pine Bluff.
The bridegroom is the son of Ray and Cindy Robnett of Waurika, Okla.
A program of nuptial music was furnished by John Robertson. The soloists were Brandon Reed and Jennifer Reed, both cousins of the bridegroom; Regina Smith and Tiffany Smith, both sisters-in-law of the bride; and Loraine Jenkins.
Chaney Sietz of Golden, Mo., cousin of the bride, and Kobe Bell of Davis, Okla., cousin of the bridegroom, were the flower girls.
The ringbearers were Jacob Smith of Hot Springs, nephew of the bride, and Hunter Sietz of Berryville (Carroll County), cousin of the bride, who also served as a candlelighter.
Matthew Smith of Hot Springs, nephew of the bride, was also a candlelighter.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a formal gown of white bridal satin. The bodice featured a modified Queen Anne neckline with bugle beads and bridal pearls adorning the V-shaped neckline. The waist was accented with heavily beaded lace appliques attached to a full ballgown skirt.
Her elbow-length veil featured a rolled, penciled edge with matching bugle beads.
She carried a mixed bouquet of various white wildflowers and greenery.
The maid of honor was Jennifer Reed of Eureka Springs.
The bridesmaids were Piper Satterfield of Ward (Lonoke County), Marcie Layman of Lexington, Ky., Julie Manuel of Cabot and Maggie Reilly of Jackson, N.J.
The bridal attendants wore white satin blouses with pleated sashes and bows at the waists, accented with pearl buttons and three-quarter length sleeves. The A-line skirts of black were floor-length. They wore matching pearl jewelry. They carried miniature versions of the bride's bouquet.
The bridegroom's father was the best man.
The groomsmen were Tom Taylor and John Humphrey, both of Rogers; and Ryan Benson of Lawton, Okla., and Brandon Reed of Fort Worth, Texas, both cousins of the bridegroom.
The ushers were Don Chaney, uncle of the bride, and Brad Chaney, cousin of the bride, both of Berryville; the Rev. Charles Reed of Burkbenet, Texas, uncle of the bridegroom; and Dale Sietz of Golden, also a cousin of the bride.
After the ceremony, a reception was held at the church's fellowship hall.
Jayme Usrey, cousin of the bride, kept the guest book.
The members of the house party were Mary Chaney, aunt of the bride, and Kathy Bell, Becky Benson, Jan Reed and Debbie Robnett, all aunts of the bridegroom.
After a wedding trip to the Grand Canyon, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam, the couple is at home at Bella Vista.
The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner May 27 at the fellowship hall of the Bella Vista Assembly of God fellowship hall.
