SCOTT -- Amy Elizabeth Sabin and Scott Murray Barrow were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Marlsgate Plantation at Scott (Pulaski County). State Associate Justice Annabelle Clinton-Imber officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Debra Sabin of White Hall. Her grandparents are Donna Kortemeier of Freeport, Ill., and the late Robert Sabin and Joseph and Margaret Poole of Wainnae, Hawaii.
The bridegroom is the son of John and Harriet Barrow of Worcester, Mass. His grandparents are the late Alfred and Martha Busselle of Princeton, N.J., and the late Robert and Mildred Barrow of Bayside Queens, N.Y.
A program of nuptial music was furnished by Joey Sabin, who also served as the usher, and the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless gown featuring a drop-waist bodice accented with crystals and beads. The gown was fashioned with an A-line skirt of satin and a train.
She wore a two-tiered, elbow-length veil of ivory.
The bride carried a bouquet of calla lilies, lily of the valley, cream roses and peonies.
The bride's jewelry was pearls.
Yanci Grady-Gibson was the matron of honor. She wore a sheath of periwinkle blue satin.
Jennifer Freeman and Jamie Lee Prater were the bridesmaids.
Coleman Kennedy was the best man.
The groomsmen were Robert Fuller and Ray McDavitt.
After the ceremony, a reception was held at Marlsgate.
After a wedding trip to Martha's Vineyard, Mass., the couple is at home at New York City.
The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner Friday at Cotham's Mercantile at Scott.
