Dinaburg-Lewis
Rebecca Taryn Dinaburg, daughter of Richard and Anne Dinaburg of Gloversville, was united in marriage to Matthew Evan Lewis, son of Robert and Anne Lewis of St. Louis, at 6 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2001.
The ceremony took place at Mauna Kea Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast, Hawaii.
The bride was escorted by her parents.
Maid of honor was Aviva Baff. Bridal attendants were Jennifer Dinaburg and Katie Lewis.
Best man was Kevin Lewis. Groomsmen were Joshua Dinaburg and Steven Davis.
A reception for 30 guests took place at The Outrigger Resort, Kohala Coast, Hawaii, with guests attending from New York, Missouri, Oregon, New Jersey, Hawaii and Washington.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii. They live in Bellingham, Wash.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of Mayfield High School and received a bachelor of arts degree from University of Albany and a master's degree in education from Western Washington University. She is a seventh-grade social studies and English teacher in the Sedro-Woolley School District, Washington.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Parkway West High School. He attended Central Oregon College and Bellingham Technical School. He is a partner in a real estate and construction business.
