Jordan Neas, daughter of Harold and Donna Neas of Princeton, to David Phemister, son of Jim and Carol Phemister of Lexington, Va.
Ms. Neas received a bachelor's degree from Colgate University in 1999.
Mr. Phemister received a bachelor's degree from Brown University in 1994 and a master's degree in environmental science from the University of Michigan in 2002.
The couple met while working for the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation in Washington, D.C. They now live in Charlottesville, Va.
A May 24, 2003 wedding in Princeton is planned.
