The bride, 31, graduated from Princeton High School.
She received a bachelor's degree from Barnard College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
She is a director in the investments and business development group at American Express in New York City.
The bridegroom, 29, received a master's degree from University of Bayreuth in Germany and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
He will be employed as an associate at McKinsey & Company beginning in September.
The couple will take a honeymoon trip to Thailand and Cambodia.
They will reside in New York City.
