Ms. Prodan is a 1991 graduate of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School and a 1995 graduate of the University of Delaware, Newark, with a B.A. degree.
She is employed by Vanity Fair magazine as the Special Projects Manager.
Mr. Henderson is a 1989 graduate of Princeton Day School; a 1993 graduate of Hamilton College, Hamilton, N.Y., with a B.A. degree; and a 2000 graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with an MBA.
A June 29, 2002 wedding ceremony in the Edith Chapel, Lawrenceville, is planned.
