Kim - Shanefield

Jayna Kanani Kim, daughter of Jonathan and Edwina Kim of Honololu, Hawaii, to Douglas Holmes Shanefield, son of Daniel and Elizabeth Shanefield of Princeton.

The February 22, 2003 ceremony at the Sheraton Moana Surfrider Hotel in Honolulu was officiated by the Rev. Frank Mak of the Joyful Christian Ministries in Hawaii.

The bride graduated from Williams College and received a law degree from the University of Hawaii.

Until November, she was a lawyer for the State of Hawaii Civil Rights Commission in Honolulu.

The groom is a 1987 graduate of Princeton High School and a graduate of Yale University.

He is a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in Honolulu.

The couple took a wedding trip to France.

They reside in Honolulu.
