She is employed as a program manager at the National Association of County and City Health Officials, Washington, D.C.
Mr. McVey-Finney, a graduate of Princeton High School and Williams College, Williamstown, Mass., holds an M.A.T. degree in English from the College of New Jersey.
He teaches at The Langley School in McLean, Va.
The couple plans a September 2001 wedding in Leesburg, Va.
