Mr. and Mrs. Todd Boulanger
Jessica Incitto and Todd Boulanger were united in marriage on Sept. 6, 2003 at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church in Fredonia. The Rev. Daniel P. Walsh performed the ceremony. The groom's sister and brother-in-law, Shelly and Jay Baldassara of Hooksett, N.H., presented the gifts. The bride's cousin, Frank Guzzetta of Hamburg and the groom's friend Demetrious Karoutsos of Washington, D.C., performed the readings.
The bride is the daughter of Sally and Vincent Incitto of Fredonia. The groom is the son of Barbara and Anthony Boulanger of Hooksett.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. She wore an ivory satin strapless gown and carried a bouquet of ivory roses wrapped in ivory satin ribbon.
Her sister, Hollie Incitto of Fredonia, was her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were her cousin Gina Guzzetta of Hamburg, and Tammy Konrad of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Jessica Martin and Laura Nicoll, both of Boston, Mass. Her attendants wore gray bengaline satin strapless dresses with organza trim and sash. They carried ivory roses wrapped in gray satin ribbon.
The groom's brother, Michael Boulanger of Hooksett, served as best man. Groomsmen were Daniel Bureau of Champaign, Ill., Jeff Groves of Foxboro, Mass., and Justin Sprinzen and Ryan Thomas, both of Washington, D.C.
The groom's nephew, Daniel Baldassara of Hooksett, served as ring bearer.
The evening reception was held at the Athenaeum Hotel at Chautauqua Institution.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Fredonia High School and a 1999 graduate of Syracuse University. She is employed as press secretary for Majority Whip Roy Blunt in the United States House of Representatives.
The groom is a 1990 graduate of Manchester Central High School in Manchester, N.H., and a 1995 graduate of the University of New Hampshire in Durham. He is employed as Director of Government Affairs for Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Washington, D.C.
After a honeymoon to Santa Monica, Calif., and Los Cabos, Mexico, the couple currently resides in Washington, D.C.
