Laura is a registered nurse at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake.
The groom-to-be graduated from Brockport Central School in 1996 and from Paul Smiths College in Paul Smiths, New York in 2002 with an associate's degree in forest recreation.
Jay is employed at the Adirondack Lodge in Lake Placid.
A May 2003 wedding is planned.
