Cook - Krupa
Sarah Cook, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald W. Cook, Hazleton, and Joseph Krupa, son of Joanne Williamson, McAdoo, were united in marriage on June 12 in Faith United Church of Christ. The Rev. M. Jane Hess performed the double ring ceremony.
Marlene Smith was organist and Megan Majetsky was flutist.
Following a reception at Edgewood in the Pines, the couple left on a honeymoon trip to the Hawaiian Islands of Oahu and Maui. They now reside in Hazleton.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Keri Croman, Sybertsville, as matron of honor, and Stacie Miller, Ashburn, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kristine Roslevege, Wilmington, Del., and Stacey Maurer, McAdoo. Alexis Maurer, godchild of the bride and groom, was the flower girl.
Bryan Maurer, McAdoo, was best man and groomsmen were Thomas Williamson, McAdoo, and Jason Croman, Sybertsville.
The bride earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human development and family studies from Penn State University and is a caseworker for Northeast Counseling Services. The groom earned an Associate of Science degree in information sciences and technology from Penn State University.
A shower in honor of the bride and the rehearsal dinner were both held at the Stagecoach Inn.
