The celebration was hosted by Jim and Missy Campbell of Camden, the couple's son and daughter-in-law.
The couple also has a daughter, Connie, and son-in-law, Charlie Cochran of Savannah, Ga., and three grandchildren, Becky, Fran and Michael.
Charles Alex Campbell of Detroit and Genevieve Watson of Sumter were married Dec. 14, 1951, at First Baptist Church, Sumter.
