Eschbach - Houser

Elyse Eschbach, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, daughter of Herb and Janis Eschbach, and Anthony Houser Jr., Akron, Ohio, son of Anthony and Carol Houser, Hazleton, were united in marriage in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Grosse Isle, Mich. The Rev. Jim Scheick performed the double ring ceremony.

Following a reception Grosse Isle Country Club, the couple left on a honeymon trip to Hawaii. They now reside in Akron, Ohio.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose her sister, Kara Eschbach, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Julie Hayes, Michalina Major and Breanne Timmony, goddaughter of the bride.

Tom Peeples performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Daniel Houser, brother of the groom; Jonathan Cullen, nephew of the groom, and Scott Boehmler.

The bride earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Purdue University and the groom earned a Bachelor of Science in material science and engineering from Penn State University. Both are employed by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co.

Showers in honor of the bride were held in Michigan and Hazleton and the rehearsal dinner was held at Perdinos, Grosse Isle.
