A wedding is planned for November eighth at five o'clock in the afternoon at Sardis United Methodist Church, Union, South Carolina.
The bride-elect received her B.A. degree in Social Work from Limestone College and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
She currently works as a social worker for Specialized Alternative for Families and Youth in Columbia.
She is a granddaughter of Donald Thompson and Sandy and Eddie Farmer.
Mr. Cooper holds a B.S. Degree in Physical Education from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and is currently employed by Lexington School Dist. 1 at White Knoll Middle School as a physical education teacher.
He is a grandson of the late Thomas P. and Milagro Manibusan; George W. Ponder and the late Lester R. and Cleo Cooper.
