The bride-elect is a graduate of Jonesville High School and the University of South Carolina.

She is the granddaughter of the late Sam and Grace Long and Mrs. Christine Varner and the late L.D. Varner.
Mr. Roberson is a graduate of Jonesville High School and Spartanburg Technical College.
Currently, he is employed with Cryovac of Duncan.
He is the grandson of the late John P. and Virginia Tucker and Mrs. Mamie Roberson and the late Claude D. Roberson, Sr.
