She earned a bachelor of science degree in human services in 1996 from Hannibal-LaGrange College and is employed as a qualified mental retardation professional for Beth-Haven group homes.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1989 graduate of Marion County R-II and attended Hannibal-LaGrange College.
He is employed as lead driver for Brown's Furniture.
The wedding is planned for 2 p.m. Sept. 29, at the First Church of the Nazarene in Macon.
