Skulsky - Trygar
Linda L. Skulsky, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Skulsky, 161 Johns Ave., Hazleton, and David M. Trygar, R.R. 6, Moscow, son of the Rev. and Mrs. Earl Trygar, R.R. 2, Moscow, were married in a double ring ceremony performed by Monsignor Michael Delaney in St. Gabriel’s R.C. Church, Hazleton.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose her sister, LeeAnn Skulsky Monahan, Clarksville, Md., as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Bridget Barrett and Gina Cabell, both of Philadelphia; Kristin Perry, Weehawken, N.J.; Meredith Thompson, Moorestown, N.J.; Dee Marie Skulsky, Chalfont; Maria Tomaino, Wilkes-Barre, and Stefanie Trygar, Moscow.
Jeffrey Beilman, Old Forge, was the best man, and groomsmen were Brian Brinch, Alexandria, Va.; Eric Detweiler, Woodbridge, Va.; Brian Hamzavi, Scranton; Dave Monahan, Clarksville, Md.; Bob Skulsky, Chalfont; Jeff Smith, Bentonville, Ark., and Paul Trygar, Moscow.
Following a reception at The Chateau Resort, the couple left on a honeymoon trip to Maui, Hawaii. They now reside in Moscow.
A graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia, with a Bachelor of Arts in broadcast journalism, the bride is a reporter for WNEP-TV, Moosic. The groom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology from Penn State University and is a meteorologist with WBRE-TV, Wilkes-Barre.
The bridal shower and rehearsal dinner were held at Edgewood in the Pines Golf Club, Drums.
