Cooper - Lowney
Jamie Lynn Cooper and Bryan Douglas Lowney were married in a double ring ceremony on Sunday, June 27 at Lake Sonoma Marina in Healdsburg.
Jamie is the daughter of Terry and Linda Cooper of San Andreas, granddaughter of Thelma Blake of Plymouth and sister of Tina Rankin of Pioneer. She graduated from Calaveras schools, Columbia College and received a bachelor of science degree from Sonoma State University. She is employed as a physical education teacher in Santa Rosa.
Bryan is the son of Nancy Lowney of Santa Rosa and the late Douglas Lowney. He graduated from Yosemite High School in Oakhurst, CalPoly and the University of the Nations. He is a self-employed contractor in Santa Rosa.
Maid of honor was Heidi Kissler of Santa Rosa. Bridesmaids were Danielle Periera of Sacramento and Katy Partain of Santa Rosa. Flower girl was Riley Scott of Petaluma.
Best man was the groom's brother, Jeremy Lowney of San Luis Obispo. Groomsmen were Andy Almlie of Santa Rosa, Buster Pettit of Santa Rosa, Daniel Lufyiele of Zimbabwe and Vincent Luwizki of Zimbabwe. Ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Levi Lowney of San Luis Obispo. The bride was given in marriage by her father, Terry Cooper.
A reception followed at the marina.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and will make their home in Santa Rosa for nine months of the year and three months each year will be spent in the mission fields overseas.
