Paul is the son of William F. and Audrey Stephens of Jackson.
He has a son, David Stephens of Wheatland and daughter, Shauna Hansen of Rancho Murietta.
The bride was given in marriage by her mother, June Smith and the ceremony was performed by Pastor David J. Beronio.
Matron of honor was Helen Brannon of Mokelumne Hill.
Best man was Charles Brannon of Mokelumne Hill.
The couple will make their home in Valley Springs.
