The daughter of Bud and Margot Bugni of Sutter Creek, she is a graduate of Amador High School and Chico State College.
He is the son of Robin and Guy Moore of Anza and Bob Walters of San Diego, CA.
He graduated from Hamilton High School and the Sacramento Fire Academy.
The newlyweds are building a home in North Natomas, CA, near Rob's job as a firefighter and paramedic and Amy's job as a second grade teacher.
