The bride is the daughter of Rosa Hernandez and Victor Milan of the Bronx.
The bridegroom is the son of Paul and Jean Whitcomb of North Hampton and Rob and Laurie Douglas of Portsmouth.
Mrs. Whitcomb is a graduate of Boricua College, Manahttan, and a case manager at Fordham Tremont Community Mental Health Center in the Bronx.
Mr. Whitcomb is a graduate of Roger Williams University, Bristol, R.I.
He is a sixth-grade teacher at P.S. 246 in the Bronx.
They are making their home in the Bronx.
