HAMPTON - Susan Gallant of Hampton and Michael Behan of Amesbury, Mass. were united in marriage Sept. 14, 2002 at the First Congregational Church in Chatham, Mass.
The Rev. Dr. David Erickson officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Elizabeth Gallant of Parrish, Fla.
She was given in marriage by her father.
The bridegroom is the son of Barbara Behan of Hampton.
Denise Adams was matron of honor and Amy Merrill was maid of honor for their sister.
The bridesmaids were Lauren Arbolino, Sara Huffmire, Colleen Pomerantz and Rebecca Beal.
Flower girls were Miranda and Madison Adams, nieces of the bride.
The best man was Stephen Mitchell, best friend of the groom.
Groomsmen were Craig A. Schreck Jr., Jonathan Schreck, Mark McLaughlin, James Nigro and Corey Adams.
Daniel Adams, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer.
A reception was held at Eastward Ho! Country Club in Chatham, Mass.
Mrs. Behan received a bachelor of arts degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y. and a doctorate of optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.
She is an optometrist, working in Seabrook and Lawrence, Mass.
Mr. Behan attended Cape Cod Community College and the University of New Hampshire with a degree in business management.
He is a branch manager of VIP Mortgage Corp. in Hampton.
After a honeymoon in London and Paris, the couple will make their home in Hampton.
