Regan - Hartson
NORTH HAMPTON - W. David and Marilyn (Hartson) Regan of North Hampton and N. Ft. Myers, Fla., recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Aug. 23, 1952, in Enid, Ok.
A celebration was given by their four daughters and families at their daughter Deborah Regan and her husband Peter Kelley’s home in Hampton Falls. Family members attending included the Regans’ daughters and families: Michele, Ryan and Erin Regan-Ladd of Shutesbury, Mass., Kate Regan, Chris Byrne, Ethan and Kera Regan-Byrne of Bowling Green, Ky., and Bet Regan and Eoin Gillespie of Roslindale, Mass.; Mrs. Regan’s mother, Edith Hartson of Portsmouth; Barbara Hambleton of Ft. Myers, Mrs. Regan’s sister, and Robert Hartson of Stratham, Mrs. Regan’s brother.
They renewed their wedding vows with their daughters reading from their original wedding ceremony and Eoin Gillespie serving as best man.
Mr. Regan retired from Health Services at the University of New Hampshire and the U.S. Air Force. Mrs. Regan formerly worked for Portsmouth Gardens and Dr. Frank Graf of Portsmouth.
They later vacationed in England, Scotland and Wales.
