Barbara Lynn Wood and Joseph Anthony Figarelli, both of Harlingen, Texas, were married at 2 p.m. July 17, 2004, at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church by the Rev. Robert Slade.
The bride is the daughter of Hugh and Margaret Wood of Springfield. The groom is the son of Jose and Martha Figarelli of Kingsville, Texas.
Serving as matron of honor was Wendy Elkin. Bridesmaids were Renee Wood, DelValle Everett, Marie Figarelli and Jennifer Conn. Flower girl was Zoe Noelle Wood. The Eddy Flute Choir presented special music.
Best man was James Keltner. Groomsmen were Alan Wood, Noe Everett, Gary Wood and Thomas Conn. Ring bearer was Jonatan Reyes. Ushers were Alan Wood and Noe Everett.
A reception was held at the Crowne Plaza.
The bride is a 1989 graduate of Southeast High School and a 1993 graduate of Bradley University. She is employed as a band director at Coakley Middle School in Harlingen.
The groom is a 1988 graduate of Kingsville High School and received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas A&M; at Kingsville. He is employed as a band director at Coakley Middle School in Harlingen.
The couple lives in Harlingen.
