The bride is the daughter of Terry and Patricia Hall of Forsyth.
The groom is the son of Delbert and Patricia Edwards of Taylorville.
Serving as maid of honor was Tracy Story.
Bridesmaids were Jill Warner, Tammy McNamara, Kristen Noll, Annie Comfort and Stephanie Blakeman.
Flower girl was Madeline Hall.
Best man was Jay Edwards. Groomsmen were Troy Higginbotham, Brent Zampier, Kent Morris, Mark Hall and Steve Draper.
Ring bearer was Grant Edwards. Ushers were Scott Blakeman, Craig Rupright, Brian Oaks and Jonathan Engstrom.
A reception was held at the Old State Capitol.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Maroa-Forsyth High School and a 1999 graduate of Millikin University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.
She is employed as a registered nurse in 6B cardiac at Memorial Medical Center.
The groom is a 1988 graduate of Taylorville High School and a 1992 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
He earned his doctor of law degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1995.

The couple lives in Springfield.
