Taryn Rhae Riley and Sean Boaden Grant, both of Springfield, were married at 2 p.m. Nov. 29, 2003, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by the Rev. Dave Hoefler.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Thomas and Donna Riley of Springfield. The groom is the son of William and Pam Grant Jr. of Springfield.
Serving as matrons of honor were Kendra Moffett and Anne Carter. Bridesmaids were Sendra Miller, Gina Grant, Maribeth McCauley, Denise Calcara and Taylor Grant. Flower girls were Kayla Miller, Madeleine Moffett and DaVinci Calcara. Pianist was DeLanee Deppe.
Best men were Bill Grant III and Todd Bortmess. Groomsmen were Andrew Sitton, Doug Smith, Scott Taylor, Rob Neal and Joseph Moffett. Ring bearer was Mason Grant. Ushers were Joe Sipes, Bill Pennell, Doug Newman, Tim Nelson and Tommy Deppe.
A reception was held at the Renaissance Hotel.
The bride is a graduate of Glenwood High School and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. The groom is a graduate of Rochester High School and the University of Kentucky.
The couple resides in Springfield.
