The bride is the daughter of the late Mark and Rita Whitcomb.
The groom is the son of Lynn and Catherine Oswald of South Beloit.
Serving as matron of honor was Elizabeth Ley.
Bridesmaids were Jenifer Ley, Rebecca Granger, Stefanie Heissinger, Jennifer Zurro, Melissa Haas and Korena Jahnke.
Best man was Jason Oswald. Groomsmen were Brandon Grigsby, Ryan Adleman, Daniel Ring, Jason Mears, Keith Boss and Bryan Smith. Ushers were Michael Williamson, Jim Odirakallumkal and Dustin Fiepke.
A reception was held at Oak Brook Hills Resort.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Rochester High School and a 1998 graduate of Northern Illinois University.
She is working in public relations.
