Msgr. Dale Wellman officiated at the 1 p.m. ceremony.
The reception was held at The Raddison Quad City Plaza.
The bride is the daughter of Micheal and Ellin Lotspeich, Kewanee, and the late Thomas Weaver.
The bridegroom is the son of Robert and Gayle Riley, Milan, and Thomas Cowan, Rock Island.
Maids of honor were Jennifer Weaver and Beth Bateman.
Best men were Andy Cowan and John Sylvia.
Flower girl was Jennifer Vyncke.
Ringbearer was Charlie Lotspeich and bridesmaids were Danielle Brouillette, Margie Silver, Julia Drefruist and Susie Griego.
Groomsmen were Josh Lodico, Adam Letendre, Adam Cowan and Mike Debord.
Ushers were Aaron Smith and Jake Brouillette.
Michelle and Neil graduated from Western Illinois University.
The couple reside in Phoenix, Ariz.
