Emmite - McAlister

Jenny Marie Emmite of Hannibal was married to Robert Paul McAlister of Palmyra on June 19, 2004.

The father of the bride is Rev. Jack Emmite, who also performed the ceremony.

The mother of the bride is Melinda Emmite.

The father of the groom is the late Paul McAlister.

The mother of the groom is Rose McAlister.

The bridal attendants, beginning with the maid of honor, were Sarah Slaughter, Abigail Moore, Jamie Rector (friends of the bride), and Erin Sappenfield, cousin of the bride.

The groom's attendants, beginning with the best man, were Ben Hudson, Travis Coleman, Daniel McIntosh, and Brandon Griffin, all friends of the groom.

The flower girl was Lindsay Emmite, cousin of the bride, and the candle lighters were Megan Sappenfield and Mandy Nance, also cousins of the bride.

The ushers were Daniel Emmite, brother of the bride, and Skylar Losson, friend of the groom.

Jenny wore a strapless wedding gown and held a bouquet of silk white and pink roses.

The bridesmaids wore light pink dresses and carried a single pink rose.

The groomsmen wore black tuxedos with silver vests.

All of the flowers were graciously provided by Susan Coleman of Palmyra.

Currently, the bride and groom reside in Palmyra, MO, where Jenny teaches third grade.

Robert works as a sales associate at Shottenkirk in Quincy, IL.

They wish to thank all of those who made their special day possible.
