Merlin and Haroldene Hannabarger, 27723 Rt. 2 N., Hillsdale, will be honored Aug. 8, 2004 at an open house in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend from 2 to 5 p.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church, Port Byron.

Haroldene Carlson, Hillsdale, and Mr. Hannabarger, Prophetstown, were married Aug. 7, 1954, in Peace Lutheran Church, Port Byron.
Their children are Mona Griffin, Rock Island; Rodger, Colona; Gary, Princeton, Wis.; Lesa Ryan, Erie, and Len, Cordova.
There are 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Mr. Hannabarger was employed by Erdman Construction as a carpenter, retiring in 1983.
Mrs. Hannabarger has been employed for 10 years at Serv-A-Lite, East Moline.
