Leonard and Marsha Dorothy, 2487 Ridge Road, Aledo, will be honored Nov. 29, 2003 at an open house in observance of their 40th wedding anniversary.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 2 to 4 p.m. at First Christian Church, Moline, where the couple holds membership.
It is requested that gifts be omitted.
The former Marsha Vogler, Milan, and Mr. Dorothy, Aledo, were married Nov. 16, 1963, in First Christian Church, Moline.
Their children and spouses are Todd and Leah Dorothy and Tara and Steve Cutaia.
They have three grandchildren.
Mr. Dorothy retired in May of 2002 from Eagle Food Centers as a maintenance man after 25 years of service.
Mrs. Dorothy is employed at Arrowhead Ranch as an administrative assistant.
She retired in 2001 from Eagle Food Centers as an executive assistant after 27 years of service.
