Art ``Fritz'' and Nancy Gowey, 13405 13th St., Milan, will be honored Aug. 9, 2003 at a party in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Relatives and friends are invited to the party at 7 p.m. in Jeronimos, Reynolds.
It is requested that gifts be omitted.
The party will be hosted by Jeff, Cathy, Steve, Julie, Linda and Doug.
The former Nancy Coyne, Milan, and Mr. Gowey, Brighton, Iowa, were married Aug. 8, 1953, in Church of Peace, United Church of Christ, Rock Island.
Their children are Jeff Gowey, Reynolds; Steve Gowey, Milan, and Linda McKay, Milan.
There are three grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan and Christopher.
