Casey Amanda Wright and Michael Lawrence Jennings were united in holy matrimony at 6 p.m. June 9, 2001, at the First Christian Church in Hannibal.
The Rev. Amanda Ledbetter performed the ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Janet Wright, and Bob Wright, Jr., of Hannibal.
The bridegroom is the son of Charles and Shirley Jennings of Vandalia, MO.
Maid of honor was Michelle Hedrick, friend of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Kristie Wright, sister of the bride; Megan Lemons, Heather Buffington, Sara Bell, friends of the bride; and Lara Miller, cousin of the bride.
Charlie Jennings, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Bernie Suddarth and Mike Davis, friends of the groom; Stephen Sisson, brother-in-law of the groom; Jimmy Zelle and Jason Elliott, nephews of the groom.
Flower girls were Dalton Sisson, niece of the groom and daughter of Debbie and Stephen Sisson, and Mikayla and Anna Murphy, cousins of the bride and daughters of Tom and Abby Murphy.
The ring bearer was Larry Joe Jennings, nephew of the groom.
He is the son of Charlie and Melody Jennings.
Serving as ushers were David Wright, uncle of the bride; Jarrod Wright, Nathan Bleigh, cousins of the bride, and John Franklin, friend of the couple.
Candlelighters were Andy and Mackenzie Flick, cousins of the bride.
Soloists were Ben Miller, the bride's cousin and Genny Wright, wife of bride's grandfather
Debbie Hedrick assisted at the reception. Guest book attendants were Erin Tischer and Heidi Ruhl, friends of the bride.
Showers for the couple were given by Debbie Sisson; Kristie Wright, Shelley Wright, Lynn Miller and Abby Murphy; and Debbie and Michelle Hedrick.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of Hannibal High School, and holds a B.S. degree in biology from Truman State University, Kirksville, in 2001.
She is currently a student at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
The groom graduated from Van-Far High School in 1996, and Culver-Stockton College, Canton, in 2000, where he received a B.S. degree in biology.
He is employed as a science teacher and coach by Adair Co. R-II School District in Brashear, Mo.
The couple is residing in Kirksville.
